It provides a cooperative platform for promoting and understanding in Crimes, Accidents, Criminal Law and Victimology and other related areas. The Journal is dedicated to backing interdisciplinary research that adds to societal advancement and information exchange. Join us in building a better-informed world.   The journal provides researchers with a platform to share their work and fosters the creation of a high-quality, openly accessible resource for individuals seeking to enhance their knowledge and skills in these areas. The primary aim of the journal is to distribute information to stakeholders to advance societal development and change.

Contributions are encouraged from people worldwide, such as researchers, professionals, students, and others, in fields related to Crimes, Accidents, Criminal Law, Victimology, and interdisciplinary research. Routine article submissions will not have a specific deadline; they will be evaluated for possible inclusion in future issues. Notices about deadlines for submissions to the special issue will be posted on this website. JCACLV is a publication available to the public at open access. All forms of plagiarism, publication duplication, data fabrication and falsification, as well as redundant publication, are prohibited. The Peer Review process in Our Journal employs a Double-Blinded system.

Research on Crimes and Accidents

A crime is an act harmful (offence), not only to some individual, but also to a community, society, or the state (a public wrong). An accident is an unpleasant event, not intended by anyone, which results in the injury of someone or damages something that happens unexpectedly and causes damage, injury or death. It is crucial to thoroughly examine research on crimes and accidents in connection with a particular subject to advance progress.

Research on Criminal Law

Criminal law research involves studying the body of law that defines crimes and specifies punishments for those who violate it. It encompasses various aspects, including the definition of offences, the procedures for investigation and prosecution, and the principles of sentencing and punishment. Research in this area can focus on specific crimes, legal procedures, or broader theoretical questions about the nature and purpose of criminal law.

Research on Victimology

Victimology is the scientific study of victimisation, encompassing the experiences of victims, their interactions with the criminal justice system, and the relationships between victims and offenders. Research in victimology explores various aspects of victimization, including the causes, consequences, and prevention of harm, as well as the needs and rights of victims. It explores on victims of crimes, accidents, misuse of power, corruption and war, etc.

Research Papers

Research papers must comprehensively examine a specific topic, reviewing relevant literature within a word count of 2,500 to 5,000 words, excluding endnotes and footnotes. The research paper should analyze current practices in the field, identify existing gaps, and offer original assessments and constructive recommendations.

Special Articles

Special articles, ranging from 2,500 to 5,000 words, should focus on a specific topic, such as field visits and empirical analysis. These articles should provide novel perspectives and critical insights on the chosen subject, using clear reasoning and diverse conceptual frameworks.

Review

A book review in a research publication, or scholarly review, constitutes a critical examination of a book authored for and by academics. A book review aims to inform researchers regarding the book’s quality, argument, purpose, and relevance within the existing literature.

The Journal discusses various topics related to the election system, voter’s rights and duties, their behaviour, and more, with a focus on interdisciplinary research

The Journal of Peace Strategies and Research (JoPSaR)

The Journal of Peace Strategies and Research (JoPSaR) will be released quarterly on the 15th day of March, June, September, and December. The Journal covers a wide range of subjects in peace, without limitations to any specific field within these areas. The Journal encourages interdisciplinary research that involves in-depth analysis of the mentioned field along with other disciplines in the modern age.

The Journal of Law, Management and Social Science Research (JLMSSR)

“The Journal of Law, Management and Social Science Research (JLMSSR)” is a monthly online publication. The Journal covers a range of subjects within Law, Management, and Social Science without being limited to any specific field or subject within these areas. The goal of the Journal is to share information to promote the progress of society and bring about social transformation.

The Journal of Peace Space, Sea and Air (JPSSA)

The Journal of Peace Space, Sea and Air (JPSSA) will come out every three months on the 15th day of March, June, September and December. The Journal covers a variety of topics in peace and space, sea and peace, and air and peace without being restricted to any particular field within these areas.
